Head of Solution Delivery

Talenza Recruitment is helping a market leading, FinTech company is look for a Head of Solutions Delivery to support the CTO with the vision, goals and strategy of the business

The role:

• This is the perfect opportunity to for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career
• You will helped shape the company's vision and goals, help lead delivery and build and lead a team of dynamic, high performing developers
• A very rare opportunity to work for a market leading FinTech who is giving back to the community

You will be experienced in:

• Ideally a developer by trade who has moved into a delivery role
• Ability to lead, organise and drive delivery with the engineers
• If not a developer, then a solid SDLC understanding & working history of leading developers
• You will have a solid risk, governance capability & experience (typically from a Banking/ Fintech or highly regulated environment)
• You will be pragmatic with the ability to working in a high growth environment
