Head of Project Delivery

Talenza has been given the opportunity to find a Head of Project Delivery for a Permanent role within the fast-expanding EPMO financial team at an ASX listed company!

The Role:

We are currently working on this key role for our client looking for a Head of Project Delivery to drive them on their journey towards transformation and digitalization of processes through to continuous improvement in BAU. The role will require mentoring and coaching team on project management practices, new ways of working and outcome focussed delivery. The role will be directly reporting to the GM.

You will be leading on the following:

• You will managing a team of project managers, working on multiple projects as well as owning PMO function for the business
• This role requires someone with skills and experience to manage a cross functional project team.
• Plan and track projects across multiple delivery methods.
• Develop a collaborative environment that drives delivery outcomes.
• Highlighting and planning for ongoing BAU improvements.

Skills & Experience Needed:

• Full End to End project management lifecycle on large scale transformation project.
• Excellent PM and collaboration tools experience in an Agile environment
• Experience of continuous integration and delivery techniques.
• Experience of setting up and owning a EPMO center.
• Strong stakeholder and Vendor engagement and working in a SaaS environment.
• Have worked on large scale ERP programmes of work.

Benefits:

• $200,000 - $220,000 + Super + Bonus
