General Manager, Change Management

Talenza have been engaged by a top tier Consultancy Firm to source a General Manager - Change Management.

The Role:

We are currently looking for a passionate Head of Change to drive acceptance, readiness, and adoption of change internally and externally. Our client specialises in providing Project and Program management consultancy services.

As the Head of Change, you will drive faster adoption, and proficiency with, the changes that impact employees. These improvements will increase value creation, and the achievement of results and outcomes. You will report directly to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead implementation of change plans.
• Provide leadership in project planning and management processes.
• Plan and manage necessary training and support materials to ensure that employees understand new and changed solutions, processes, and systems.
• Develop internal and external stakeholder communication requirements.
• Quality assurance - the work you do is a huge component for the business, impact to customer satisfaction and staff satisfaction levels.
• Developing new IP and leadership, contributing to thought leadership.

Skills & Experience Needed:

• Demonstrated experience leading change within large enterprise level, complex business transformation projects.
• Demonstrated experience working within agile and traditional programs.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully developing and managing stakeholder engagement processes with diverse and complex stakeholder groups.
• Brings a human centred design approach.
