Director of Product & Pricing
- Salary:AU$180000 - AU$200000 per annum + + Super
Talenza have been retained to source a Director of eCommerce Product & Pricing. This is a newly created role to report directly to the regional Managing Director at one of the largest eCommerce retailers globally.
This is a role that will give you visibility and sight of the global ecommerce leadership team and form part of a new leadership team in the ANZ region to drive revenue from developing & owning the product strategy. This role will be a succession plan to the regional MD and others other global career opportunities.
The Director of eCommerce Product & Pricing will play a key role in doubling the size of the revenue over the next 5 years. $100m to $200m
You will need to be proven and confident with your numbers when it comes to building a multi-channel, eCommerce product strategy.
The successful Director of eCommerce Product & Pricing will be a strong commercially minded individual that is data driven and understands how to price across a multi layered category to get the best return on investment through ecommerce campaigns.
In addition to the eCommerce & fixed product experience (eg shoes, clothes, food...AKA "fixed products" not insurance products "online products"), the Director of eCommerce Product & Pricing will be expected to be an exceptional & proven communicator that can influence and build relationships at all levels internally & externally. There is a number of stakeholders globally that will need to be managed and influenced to gain further investment in the ANZ region.
Globally they run their marketing budgets by regional success, so the greater the ROI the greater the investment. So knock it out the park and get more investment to play with!
This is truly exciting but challenging role. But a role that could change your career and propel your personal brand to a new level.
It is also desirable but not essential to have worked within a global matrix/ organisation previously where you understand the need for flexibility with meetings taking place early or late in the day. Plus experience in a retail or fixed product industry is also desirable but not essential.
It is essential to understand the eCommerce world in a B2C &/or B2B world.
