Digital Strategy Manager - NSW Government
Location: Parramatta, Sydney, with great WFH flexibility
Rate: $800 per day + Super
Contract Length: until 30/06/2022
Note: Government experience is highly desirable.

We are currently seeking an experienced Digital Strategy Manager for our NSW Government client who will be responsible for delivering innovative digital strategic solutions to complex problems in Education. This role looks at digital strategy for one of the largest digital channels in the Education industry in Australia.

You will work with project leads, digital analysts and communication experts from across the department to develop robust, innovative strategies which help achieve target outcomes. Leveraging our tech stack including ADOBE AEM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Brightcove, you will interpret data and consider what potential digital solutions need to be created to deliver a powerful customer journey and ensure all customer interactions across every digital channel are tailored to each individual customer.

Your experience in working on digital strategies for large corporations means you will be adept in working inside complex matrix environments with legacy systems. You will have a working knowledge of all key streams including UX, UI, brand and content. You will be able to outline and build support for a digital vision, and be able to put this into the language of your internal clients.

We are at a critical stage of our digital transformation journey and will also need a skilled communicator to articulate the value of digital strategy and new ways of working.

The ideal candidate will have:
· At least 5 years experience in CRM and/or Digital Strategy related roles in a large corporate environment - preferably government
· Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Target and Audience Manager or a similar application
· Strong analytical skills including ability to identify trend and performance expectations based on operational considerations
· Strong proficiency in business case modelling
· Proven ability to drive a culture of data driven decision making
