Talenza are partnering with a global brand within insurance in their search for a Digital Change Manager on an initial contract basis. You will have the opportunity to be part of a global learning transformation program and be responsible for leading the change management efforts to activate adoption of the new platform.

This role is based in Sydney, initial 6 month contract with view to extend to 24 months.

The Role:

As a senior change manager, you will be responsible for managing this global digital change where some of the work is done centrally but a lot of it is driven out of regions. Ideally you will have previous related experience as a digital change manager / lead on digital product roll out projects for customers.

This is an interesting role and would be well suited to someone from a strong digital, product or gamification background who has found themselves transition into a change opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of portfolio, project and change management capabilities across people and culture
  • Develop and execute change management, communication and learning plans in partnership with the wider global transformation program
  • Support user centered design activities to ensure "voice of the employee" is thoroughly considered into the design of the deliverables.
  • Uplift and maintain engagement of existing digital platform users by targeted digital and traditional campaigns, in partnership with key stakeholders
  • Execution of appropriate activities to maximise adoption of the change
  • Working closely with Digital Product Owners utilising your change management background across customer experience, employee experience

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • It would be great if we could find someone with previous experience in financial services or insurance industry
  • Project and people engagement related change experience, ideally around 5-7 years across digital would be highly advantageous
  • Change Manager will be looking at the digital journey, digital marketing with a digital product ownership mindset
  • A change professional with a strong change communications skillset, you will need to be creative, someone that understands employee experience or customer experience who can contribute to the wider strategy
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, operating at a high level of communication
