As a Digital Analytics Specialist you will be responsible for developing and maintaining analytics properties for the wider marketing team including websites, blogs, mobile apps and reporting applications.

This role will provide performance analysis and reporting with a focus on identifying new opportunities. You will play an important part in building out the digital marketing data warehouse with a strategy of centralising data for reporting out of Power BI. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting, implementing and project managing Google Analytics and Tag Manager tagging and tracking.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Assist in developing GA360, Firebase and Big Query architecture
  • Design, automate and manage SQL scripts to create comprehensive digital marketing reporting
  • Auditing and implementing the architectural design within Google Analytics 360, Tag Manager and Optimizer utilizing HTML/HTML5/CSS/JavaScript where necessary
  • Understanding API documentation and the technical requirements for implementation with other business and technology platforms
  • Assisting the wider marketing team with their reporting/workflows
  • Maintain Social teams legal compliance check sheets
  • Contribute to company data governance around the collection of user data
  • Act as subject matter expert on regulations and industry trends around collection of user data

Experience & Qualifications Required:

  • 3+ years' experience in technical data roles
  • Strong experience working with Tag Management software (e.g. Adobe DTM, Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager, Tealium) and data layers
  • Proficient in SQL for data extraction and data analysis
  • Experience in using BigQuery and GA360 data for reporting and insights
  • Experience with web programming languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to use formulas to present data in a clear and concise manner
  • Working knowledge of web, database, and marketing technologies
