DevSecOps Engineer - Leading Financial Org - Daily Rate

DevSecOps Engineer - Leading Financial Organisation - Melbourne CBD.
(Daily rate contract/ Initial 6 Months contract)

You will be involved with leading financial organisation who is looking to hire multiple DevSecOps engineers who are passionate and forward-thinking, specific to scalability and the bigger picture of things.

We are looking for someone who challenges the status-quo!

You will be part of a team that tackles complex engineering systems and be involved in leading cloud implementations from identifying, developing and implementing automation and optimisation opportunities + consulting multiple areas of the business with CI/CD best practice.

You will have the following experience (Technical):

• 8+ Years commercial experience - Software Engineer background - (Software Engineer/DevOps/Cloud)
• Strong commercial experience with Amazon Web Services.
• Previous experience working or have strong knowledge of Agile and Lean approaches.
• Previous experience with PaaS, SaaS, & IaaS.
• Database Migration Services (DMS), Redshift, Aurora, Spectrum, Athena, Glue Catalogue, and/or Lambda functions.
• Previous with security and governance related to cloud implementation.
• Previous experience with Infrastructure-as-a-code - i.e. Terraform/CloudFormation.
• Strong experience with Continuous integration/ Continuous Delivery - e.g. Jenkins/Bamboo.
• Familier or knowledge of infrastructure automation
• Previous experience with Ansible & Docker

Desirable experience:

• Kubernetes - We will be looking at working with Kubernetes in the very near future, so if you have this experience great! if not something you can pickup!
