Delivery Lead / Digital Project Manager

Talenza has partnered with one of Australia's largest banks to help them find a Delivery Lead / Digital Project Manager

*Multiple roles available at all levels*

This is an exciting new innovative and dynamic digital team, using cutting-edge technology to push boundaries and bring digital banking products to life.

Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of ensuring all activities for 'business & customer value' have been explored, documented and scrutinised prior to submission to relevant forums
• Deliver the assigned project efficiently to the scope, timeline and within budget
• Develop and implement effective change management plans and processes
• Working collaboratively with stakeholders to facilitate and positively influence strategy, business requirements and solution development

Skills required:

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager preferably in banking or a highly regulated environment
• Previous experience managing projects focused on Lending within the Digital space will be highly advantageous
• Previous experience in leading Agile transformation and leading through change
• Proactive and dynamic. Adaptable and react to change
• Excellent communication skills
