Talenza have been engaged by a leading SAAS provider to recruit a permanent Customer Success Manager based in Sydney to work across a couple of their large enterprise financial services clients. This is a newly created role with a view to building and cementing our clients solutions across key decision influencers and decision makers to ensure our client achieves larger business objectives through the utilisation their product offering.

In this role you will be responsible for key relationship building/ management activities across both business and technology relationships ensuring the success of our clients solution implementation and broader solution adoption. The scope of your role will cover both direct enterprise and channel customers to successfully partner with key points of contact to secure contract renewals alongside focussing on expanding the breadth and depth of our clients solution portfolio. In this role you will work and liaise closely with our clients internal teams across; APAC Leadership, Pre/ Solution Sales, Sales Operations, Support and Professional Services teams.

Role Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in business or technology related fields
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years Customer Success experience in SAAS/ software vendor organistations
  • Outstanding relationship management skills with experience working up to C-suite stakeholders
  • A good understanding of SAAS/ software products and degree of technical understanding and expertise
  • Demonstrates a high level of problem- solving couple with a highly analytical mind
  • Experience working with large enterprise organisations with highly complex matrix style structures - Preferably in "Financial Services"
  • Experience leading customers through technology transformation and system adoption and change.
  • Proven influencing and negotiation skills essential to success in this role
  • Working experience using Excel, Powerpoint, Oracle or Salesforce (preferred)
