The Company
Talenza has recently partnered up with a global media and information conglomerate that is in search of a highly-experienced Customer Experience Design Manager to join their newly formed CX function in Sydney.

About the Role

  • Joining a newly formed Customer Experience team, you will have the opportunity to support the development of the CX function and the understanding of CX design across the wider business.
  • Work closely with UX/UI, technology, service and operations, product and commercial teams to research, discover and translate customer insights and needs into the adoption of customer centric solutions.
  • Work at both ends of the spectrum from research & visioning to informing and influencing implementation, execution & delivery of new customer experiences.
  • Develop fit-for purpose, engaging artefacts including personas, current state journey maps, service blueprints and future state experiences.
  • Prioritise initiatives according to those which have the greatest impact/value (customer experience improvement, customer retention, revenue uplift, cost saving, new revenue streams, LTV etc) using a variety of frameworks including desirability, feasibility and viability.

Who you are

  • Demonstrated Customer Centred Design experience ideally with some exposure to both service design and Experience in B2B and/or digital platform business models strongly preferred.
  • Bring a deep understanding of CX design best practice, trends, and innovation and user experience best practice including design thinking methodology.
  • Demonstrated experience of project delivery that has involved collaboration with technology teams.
  • Passion for making complex interactions simple, and large amounts of information digestible.
