Location: Parramatta, Sydney, in a Hybrid environment with great WFH flexibility
Rate: $650 - $720 per day + Super
Contract Length: 6 months
Note: Must have experience working on Public Sector campaigns from end to end and preferably have TRIM experience.

We are currently seeking an experienced Communications Manager: Campaigns for our NSW Government client who will be responsible for the engagement and communication strategies which encourage innovation, ensure best practice in communications, build reputation and are aligned to continuous improvement principles.
Contribute engagement and communication advice to identify opportunities to enhance the quality, effectiveness, and accessibility of communications.

Candidates should have experience in:

1. Presenting, preferably with a Government background
2. TRIM experience would be handy but not essential
3. End to end campaign experience

• The ability to absorb complex concepts and communicate clearly and concisely;
• Experience in internal communications, government or education would be a benefit;
• An eye for detail; creativity, innovation and strategy
• As well as the ability to operate independently in a flexible work environment;

Responsibilities:

• Manage communications channels and the development and delivery of key plans and collateral that support key business objectives.
• Develop engaging materials including production of written, visual and audio content, with consistent and accurate messaging, using communications best practice including accessibility, that meet the wide-ranging information needs of audiences and engage with strategic working groups and/or project teams to review, edit and proof communications collateral.
• Undertake research, analysis, impact assessments and benefits realisation strategies of project deliverables that support the implementation of key reforms and use initiative in investigating and identifying proactive opportunities. This includes applying analytical, quantitative and qualitative skills to monitor impact and support the enhancement of effective communication and better use of existing communication channels.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on the outcomes of communications and marketing projects to ensure continual improvement and to help inform future projects and campaigns.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, facilitate information flow and support the achievement of project objectives.

Project & work:

This is a project about implementing an already created and approved Communication strategy. There will however be a wide scope to change parts as needed.
The strategy is aimed at encouraging teacher uptake and usage of a new application that is helps with teacher accreditation.
The role requires the candidate to have the right energy to collaborate with team members.
