A household name within financial services is seeking multiple Change Managers to work on capability development project stream within their insurance division. You will have the opportunity to focus on effective end to end creation and delivery of change management plans with a focus on communication to enable the stakeholders to successfully adopt business improvements.

The Role:

As a change manager you will be responsible for managing change activities across multiple initiatives and Developing and executing change management and communication plans by working with key project and business stakeholders.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract opportunity based in Sydney.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of program and project benefits through the management of behavioural change and process adoption
  • Develop and execute change management, communication and learning plans for insurance projects
  • This is a fast paced environment where you have the opportunity to be heavily involved in the design and implementation of change working with project peers and alongside other talented change practitioners
  • Execution of appropriate activities to maximise adoption of the change
  • Excellence in your presentation, communication and delivery of training material is critical

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • It would be great if we could find someone with previous experience within HR transformation or a HR role previously however not essential
  • Project and people engagement related change experience, ideally around 5 years, opportunity for a Change Analyst to step into a Change Manager role
  • A change professional who Identifies and analyses problems using a logical, systematic, sequential approach; weighs relevance and accuracy of information; seeks/generates and evaluates alternative perspectives/solutions
  • Experience working within an agile project environment is desirable
