Change Manager

A household name within financial services is seeking multiple Change Managers to work on multiple key project steams within their insurance division. You will have the opportunity to focus on effective end to end delivery to enable the stakeholders to successfully adopt business improvements.

The Role:

As a change manager you will be responsible for assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation of change to ensure successful implementation of the program.

Multiple opportunities to be based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.

Responsibilities:

• Delivery of program and project benefits through the management of behavioural change and process adoption
• Develop and execute change management, communication and learning plans for Insurance projects
• This is a fast paced environment where you have the opportunity to be heavily involved in the design and implementation of change working with project peers and alongside other talented change practitioners
• Execution of appropriate activities to maximise adoption of the change
• Excellence in your presentation, communication and delivery of training material is critical

Skills & Experience Needed:

• It would be great if we could find someone with previous experience in financial services or management consulting however not essential
• Project and people engagement related change experience, ideally around 5 years
• A change professional who Identifies and analyses problems using a logical, systematic, sequential approach; weighs relevance and accuracy of information; seeks/generates and evaluates alternative perspectives/solutions
• Experience working within an agile project environment is desirable
