Talenza have been engaged by a top tier Financial Services organization to source a Change Manager.

This role has opportunity to be based in Sydney or Brisbane. Initially on a 6 month basis with possibility to extend.

The Role:

As the Change Manager you will create and execute change management plans including Communication Plans and on occasion Training Plans for programs that enable stakeholders to understand implications and successfully implement changes.

The role also supports delivery of programs and project benefits through the management of behavioral change and process adoption and is fluid in supporting other change needs as directed by the Business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated change plans across complex streams or initiatives including key scope, milestones, and governance.
  • Understand all change impacts and identify opportunities to exploit or manage risks (includes communication and training plan integration).
  • Manage change analysts on individual projects to align plans and work across functions (if applicable).
  • Communicate across senior leaders and stakeholders to manage business readiness and impacts to strategies and plans.
  • Manage issues and risks relating to or arising from change, communications, and business readiness.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives relating to change management delivery.
  • Be a respected thought leader within the Change Management discipline by sharing learnings, successes, and tips with other change practitioners.
  • Support the capability development of individuals to better lead, plan, participate, manage, or support changes within the business through coaching and mentoring support.

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • 5+ years project and people engagement related change experience
  • Experience working within transformation and Agile environments highly desirable
  • Prior experience within banking lending projects is highly advantageous
  • Proven ability to develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with others, internally and externally, including the ability and desire to work cooperatively with others in a team.
