Talenza have been engaged by one of Australia's leading insurance organisations source a Senior Change Manager to support the change lead in the successful delivery of change management requirements for the organisation.

This role is based in Sydney, initial 6-month fixed term contract with view to extend long term.


The Role:


As a senior change manager, you will be responsible for leading the change management efforts to ensure adoption to new ways of working. Taking a hands-on approach to support the benefits realisation and sustainable outcomes of the change initiatives across the organisation through effective stakeholder engagement, communication, training, business readiness and user adoption.

This is an interesting role and would be well suited to someone from a strong change and communications background within exposure to technology projects within financial services.


Responsibilities:

  • Planning for and delivering change interventions for key initiatives
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders/business partners, and participation in cross team/divisional working groups.
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with the program team and stakeholders.
  • Successfully managing various interdependencies to execute activities and ensure the outputs are optimised accordingly.
  • Proactively managing risks, issues, and assumptions in line with the organisation's delivery framework requirements.
  • Collaborating and consulting with SMEs to create and deliver content.


Skills & Experience Needed:

  • It would be great if we could find someone with previous change delivery experience within financial services with demonstrable experience in supporting highly complex change initiatives.
  • Project and people engagement related change experience, ideally around 5+ years would be highly advantageous.
  • A change professional with a strong change communications skillset, you will need to be creative, someone that understands financial services and risk projects.
  • Driven to deliver - proven ability to deliver the best possible results for the organisation; and shows determination, resourcefulness and a sense of purpose in achieving this.
