Change Manager

A global name within financial services is seeking a Change Manager to work on a risk programme. You will have the opportunity to focus on effective delivery and implementation of new organisational capabilities alongside the Change Lead and a wider PMO team.

The Role:

As a change manager you will be responsible for assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation of change to ensure successful implementation of the program.

Responsibilities:

• You will be 100% focused on delivery, comfortable working in an ambiguous environment and be able to engage with senior internal stakeholders
• This is a fast paced environment where you have the opportunity to be heavily involved in the design and implementation of change with a point of difference
• Execution of appropriate activities to maximise adoption of the change
• Excellence in your presentation, communication and delivery of training material is critical

Skills & Experience Needed:

• High level of resilience, comfortable working in an environment of ambiguity
• It would be great if we could find someone with previous experience in financial services or management consulting however not essential

• A candidate with a love for written communication who considers themselves a whizz at Microsoft office in particular PowerPoint
• A change professional who wants to work in a diverse team who go over and above to deliver on their promise
