Senior Change & Capability Manager

Talenza are partnering with a household name within banking in the search for a Training and Change Manager to support a capability uplift program for transformation professionals.

The Role

As the Senior Change Manager you will be responsible for planning, developing and leading change activities to support the implementation and embedment of the delivery uplift framework and enhance performance across the organisation. In addition, you will effectively contribute to identifying new areas of capability improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting new recommendations and frameworks which will be built and delivered
  • Experience in managing the design, development and implementation of change
  • Perform detailed problem and scenario analysis; identify change barriers; make and/or implement recommendations to mitigate change risk and business impact
  • Develop and execute change management plans and activities that support project objectives and business goals with clear OCM measures/metrics to support success
  • Define change measures, including end-user reviews; pivoting the change plan where appropriate to ensure ongoing effectiveness

About you:

  • Proven experience of change programs to support capability uplift
  • Significant experience in managing the design development and implementation of capability based change projects
  • A strong understanding of the delivery lifecycle would be highly advantageous
  • Strong decision making skills, someone who is both collaborative and has a level of resilience with an understanding of essential business recommendations is key
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and facilitation skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
