Transformation Analyst

Our client is a top tier financial services firm who has recently gone through extensive transformation of their IT strategy and to support this, they are looking to hire a Permanent Transformation Analyst. The key objective of the Transformation Analyst will be to support the design and execution of the delivery and Organisational Change Management practices within a highly transformative environment. You will be working with an established team of Change and Transformation leaders to support the programs to achieve the business & IT strategy. This is a great role to learn and hone your skills on the way to developing into a Transformation Manager.

What you will do:

• Support delivery capability uplift
• Support the rollout of the change practices
• Produce reporting on the progress of the delivery portfolio from a Change Management perspective
• Deliver relevant training programs

What have you done:

• Demonstrated experience in project delivery and understanding of Change Management, Agile and Waterfall delivery practices
• Proven experience (2+years) as a project team member in both Agile and Waterfall, preferably in transformational programs in complex environments
• Understanding of business processes from an IT and operational perspective
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated understanding and experience of corporate cultural analysis
