Business Analyst (Technical)

Talenza's key client in financial services, in Brisbane CBD requires a Business Analyst with strong Technical experience to support them on a 6 month contract on the implementation of Microsoft Office 365 across the business. They offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, with flexible work life balance.

Responsibilities Includes:

• Gather, validate and articulate business needs & requirements.
• Work in an Agile environment and encourage and increase Agile maturity in your team.
• Identify, manage and mitigate risks and issues.
• Communicate and work with a variety of stakeholders
• Support testing, change management and business solutions.
• Document current and future state processes.
• Identify areas of improvement and encourage continuous improvement.

Key requirements:

• Professional working experience in Banking and Finance
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in supporting Technical projects/ project delivery in Agile Environment
• Knowledge of UAT coordination and test case development (desired)
• Change Management experience
• Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills
