Business Analyst - SAS

A Senior Business Analyst is required to support a SAS data migration project with a leading bank in Brisbane CBD, working with the latest technology, they are growing their technology team to improve, manage and automate software systems to ensure a better customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the migration of 240 users from legacy platform to a new platform.
• Regularly collaborating and communicating with technical teams and key stakeholders to define the requirements, technically analyse, plan, and validate the Project.
• Establish mapping, flight plans, milestones, and governance for project success.
• Facilitate, attend, and run meetings and workshops.
• Proactively identify RAIDS (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
• Support the development and testing team in understanding the requirements, planning, and execution of the project.
• Promote continuous improvement and provide regular updates and feedback.

Key Skills/Experiences

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project lifecycle management and business analysis.
• Proven experience with SAS Analytics and Cloud technologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with different teams and stakeholders.
• SQL, Data Services and Data Migration experience - Understanding of Data Modelling and Data Warehouse concepts.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and deliver in a short period.
• Good experience in commercial/private enterprise and/or banking/finance.
• Advanced problem solving & troubleshooting skills; business research and analytical skills.
