Business Analyst

Talenza are partnering with a market leading property & construction business to find X 3 experienced Business Analysts for their large group wide technology transformation.

This is a major investment for the company and due to the complexity of the program, they are looking for a number of contract Business Analysts who have proven experience delivering end to end System implemmentations of large enterprise solutions. If you have experience across the property or construction sector experience this will also be highly beneficial. Previous experience with supply chain, finance, leasing modules or WMS solutions will also be highly beneficial.

The project will see multiple systems consolidated down into a new single operating plaformt so experience with varied operational industry systems will be highly beneficial. There will also be other streams involved which you will be across, so previous experience with other applications with data integration/migration will be advantageous.

Experience needed;

• 5+ Years Business Analyst experience preferably across an end to end solution delivery
• Previous experience working on large scale transformations
• Experience within property, construction, logistics, supply chain preferable
• Experience with data integration/migration will be highly beneficial.
• Applications experience such as; WMS, Supply Chain, P2P will be highly beneficial
• Some experience working in agile delivery environments would be beneficial
• Ability to gather requirements and create user stories
• Previous experience working in property, construction or blue-collar environments will be highly beneficial.
• Act as the liaison between technical stakeholders and the business
• Experience managing requirements through Jira
• Have analytics and data experience
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
