Leading family of Underwriting Agencies in the Australian insurance require a BI Analyst to work in their Actuarial & Business Intelligence Services (ABIS).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper testing, smooth implementation and ongoing management of dataflows
• Ensure ongoing availability and reliability of data warehouse for further transformation into business insights.
• Set, maintain and trouble shoot SQL server agent jobs
• Be accountable for understanding, developing, testing and implementing fit-for-purpose solutions using different data management tools (SSMS, SSRS, SSIS etc).

Key Requirements

• 3 years' experience in a data warehousing role, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Well versed with ETL processes and data management techniques and ability to understand and troubleshoot any issues.
• Well versed with Excel, SQL tools (SSIS, SSAS, SSMS, SSRS) (required)
• Familiar with Power BI and R/Python (preferred)
