Rate: $700-$800/day + super

Please Note: Whilst experience as a Benefits Analyst would be highly desirable, it is not essential, we would also consider candidates who have worked in a BA or Data Analyst role who have experience analysing qualitative and quantitative data. Health / Clinical experince would also be a bonus and you will be measuring the benfits of IT programs within the health domain.

The Benefits & Evaluation Analyst is responsible for co-ordinating and supporting the establishment, delivery, management, benefits realisation and evaluation of IT programs within the Clinical Portfolio, in Program Delivery, for our NSW Government client. As a Benefits & Evaluation Analyst, you will support the Benefits & Evaluation team in delivering high quality and impactful evaluation reports, based on health ICT performance.

Our client is responsible for the delivery of digital solutions for clinical care and business services, supported by smart infrastructure, providing a digitally enabled and integrated health system that delivers quality patient-centred health experiences to the people of NSW.

• Support the Benefits & Evaluation team to maintain the benefits realisation and evaluation framework and implement consistently across all relevant projects/programs.
• Assist with designing and implementing evaluation projects, including the use of mixed method research design (qualitative and quantitative), and conducting interviews and analysis.
• Analyse both qualitative and quantitative data to validate the planned evaluation measures. This may include the analysis of survey data, interview and focus group feedback, health incident data, system generated reports and project specific operational reports.
• Prepare evaluation documentation, including reports, correspondence, discussion papers and responses to ensure the provision of accurate and relevant materials to inform key stakeholders.
• Support the Benefits & Evaluation team to provide a range of evaluation management and support services, including the preparation of detailed project scopes and briefs, the development and monitoring of project plans, coordinating resources, and monitoring milestones and deliverables, to support the achievement of project outcomes and divisional objectives.
• Conduct rapid research and evaluation, such as systematic and comprehensive literature reviews and qualitative research to inform, develop and optimise existing and emerging quality improvement projects.
• Review, monitor, and report on evaluation plans and progress, identifying issues and risks to ensure the successful delivery of projects, on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to support the successful delivery of projects that promote equitable health outcomes across NSW.
