Our client, the NSW Department of Education are hiring for a capable Business Analyst to join the organisation. In this role you will focus on Digital/Reporting analaytics centring on digital and social marketing channels. This will help to drive improvements in those areas.

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: 6 Months with a chance of extension

Pay: $856 + Super p/d.

Location: Parramatta/WFH Hybrid

Key responsibilities

  • Driving best practice innovation through the strategic use of digital and social marketing channels, data, technology and analytics, and driving demonstrable business outcomes.
  • Design develop & manage personalised customer experiences across all digital channels.
  • Leverage data and technology to deliver targeted and personalised digital media and collaborate with the website team to deliver a seamless onsite experience.
  • Work collaboratively across marketing teams to share insights and provide audience segmentation recommendations that inform the creative strategy for our campaigns across digital channels.
  • Deliver digital marketing reporting including key insights, learnings and recommendations by agreed deadlines.
  • Stay up to date across industry changes and developments and identify key opportunities for business value that can be driven by the early adoption of products or technology.
  • Contribute to the accurate management of campaign budgets and financial reporting.
  • Identify and manage compliance and privacy policy formation.

Key Capabilities/Technical Competencies:

  • Experience with designing and implementing Personalisation and Testing programs (e.g. Salesforce Interaction Studio or equivalent, advantageous).
  • Experience working with the Google Marketing Platform, particularly Google Analytics 360, Google Analytics 4 and Data Studio.
  • Designing and implementing custom tracking using Google Tag Manager
  • Expert in managing and implementing digital performance media programs (SEM, Display, Social).
  • Excellent understanding of the evolving marketing technology landscape.
  • Ability to predict future trends and developments in digital for the marketing team.
  • Expertise in defining digital analytics, managing attribution and data driven marketing strategies that deliver demonstrable business outcomes.
