We are looking to speak to energetic hard-working individuals who have a passion to be successful. You don't need to be in recruitment at present, although that would be beneficial (would consider someone who knows recruitment but not the Transformation, Digital or Tech). All training provided and mentoring by our talented team of highly experienced Recruiters and leaders to help you build your career in recruitment.

What the role involves:

  • Building relationships with candidates on the phone and face to face
  • Selling exciting Transformation, Digital and Technology job vacancies to candidates
  • Writing creative job adverts for our vacancies
  • Searching job boards, databases and our network for suitable candidates and calling them to assess their suitability to our vacancies
  • Talent pooling candidates
  • Updating our database and calendar management
  • Basic administration - creating attractive candidate cover sheets etc
  • Building our brand on LinkedIn and becoming an industry expert

  • We don't expect you to know how to do it exactly but be disciplined and motived to execute plans laid out when defined
  • A passion for digital and technology
  • A curious mindset, always wanting to know the 'why'
  • Ability to build rapport on the phone
  • Confident and resilient personality
  • A Team player with a 'can do' attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales based roles beneficial
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education
  • Life experience in whatever form that comes in
