Associate Project Manager

Talenza have been engaged by a top tier banking organisation to source an Associate Project Manager, who will deliver high-quality outputs across a complex business environment.

The Role:

We are currently looking for a passionate Associate Project Manager to join this growing "A" team. As the Associate Project Manager you will become an integral member of the existing team to help maintain and deploy program office artefacts and coordination activities across multiple workstreams for the Obligation Management Program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working across an independent, centralised unit responsible for ensuring all risk across the bank are appropriately assessed and managed.
• Working closely with the Program Director on Project deliverables and duties
• Maintain and update Risk PMO deliverables.
• Creation of Program artefacts such as SteerCo packs, minute taking, presentation packs to Stakeholder committees.
• Co-author ad-hoc packs such as APRA, board packs.
• As needed, act as the team coordinator for workshops and training sessions.

Skills & Experience Needed:

• Ability to manage multiple initiatives with competing deadlines and at various stages of development and approval.
• Customer-centric attitude and not afraid to roll-up your sleeves to help in other areas where needed.
• Demonstrated ability to manage deliverables in a complex environment with interrelated dependencies.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong PowerPoint skills, experience visualising complex content and data.
• Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
