Talenza has partnered with one of Australian's leading companies to source an Agile Delivery Lead. We are looking for a forward thinker who has natural rapport building skills and can negotiate and influence stakeholders.

The Role:

Working In partnership with multi-disciplined, cross functional teams as they build and operate complex digital products and platforms. You will be Leading initiatives, providing clarity on progress, shaping up deliverables and coaching for continuous improvement.

Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with the product managers to plan the holistic, end-to-end delivery of digital products and services
  • Coordinate the resolution of issue blocking team progress
  • Collaborating with the team to document and communicate key delivery status measures to relevant stakeholders
  • Creating an open environment that enables continuous improvement in the way teams work
  • Work with senior delivery managers to manage team spend, budgeting and capacity planning
  • Liaising with other delivery managers and leads to manage cross-alliance cross-functional dependencies and risks
  • Contributing to the ongoing refinement of the delivery manage function to maximize the effectiveness and success of the role

About you:

  • Experience delivering complex initiatives with interdependencies across other projects
  • Meeting pre-defined objectives, while driving solutions and accountability in dynamic environments
  • Coaching level experience in Agile ways of working including scrum, Kanban and XP
  • Demonstrate leadership and effective problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated self-awareness, emotional intelligence and a willingness to continuously improve both yourself and your teams
