Return to Meet The Team

Career and education background :
With a decade of specialized experience in the Digital, Technology & Transformation recruitment sector, I have built a strong reputation in the Australian market. I began my recruitment journey at SThree, a well-respected global company listed on the FTSE, and quickly took on a leadership role, managing several highly successful teams. Driven by my entrepreneurial drive and passion for growth and development, I co-founded Talenza in 2017 with a shared goal of shaking up the status quo and steering the direction of the company. At Talenza, trust, transparency, and exceptional customer experiences form the cornerstone of our values, and our focus is on building long-term relationships based on shared values. I am committed to making a positive impact in the industry.
What I’m passionate about:
Outside of Talenza, you’ll often spot me out and about on my road bike (most likely lycra-clad), or with a ¾ strong flat white in hand – although not at the same time!
What you can call me for:
I’m always looking to expand my network across the technology and transformation space. With over 10 years experience recruiting for some of Australia’s leading blue-chip organisations and up and coming SME’s, I love making connections that lead to value-led relationships and outcomes.
Our business has been on an exciting growth journey which we see continuing into the future, I'd love to connect if you’re interested in hearing about our story and what we stand for. We’re always looking for ambitious motivated individuals who are driven to be successful and align with our values to join the team.
Lastly, if you're a recruitment industry leader or simply looking for some advice or someone to bounce ideas off give me a buzz, I'm always happy to lend an ear.
Two facts about me:
In 2008 I cycled from Biarritz; France to Rome; Italy over 4 weeks for charity totalling over 1500km’s travelled
I lived in Taiwan for the first 3 years of my life and could count to 10 in Mandarin before I could in English
