Career and education background:

My experience is within the Digital, Technology & Transformation recruitment sector, and I have specialised in the Australian market for over nine years. I kickstarted my recruitment career at SThree, a global FTSE-listed company and during my five years there, I quickly progressed into a leadership role, running several highly successful teams in the business.

Having always had a strong entrepreneurial drive, I took the leap to set up Talenza with my co-founders in 2017. With a shared passion to challenge the status quo, we have focused on affecting positive change through building long-term value-led relationships. I have a Bachelor of History, having studied at Southampton University in the UK before emigrating to Australia in 2011.

What I’m passionate about:

Outside of Talenza, you’ll often spot me out and about on my road bike (most likely lycra-clad), or with a ¾ strong flat white in hand – although not at the same time!

What you can call me for:

I’m always looking to expand my network across the technology and transformation space. With over 10 years experience recruiting for some of Australia’s leading blue-chip organisations and up and coming SME’s, I love making connections that lead to value-led relationships and outcomes.

Our business has been on an exciting growth journey which we see continuing into the future, I'd love to connect if you’re interested in hearing about our story and what we stand for. We’re always looking for ambitious motivated individuals who are driven to be successful and align with our values to join the team.

Lastly, if you're a recruitment industry leader or simply looking for some advice or someone to bounce ideas off give me a buzz, I'm always happy to lend an ear.

Two facts about me:

  1. In 2008 I cycled from Biarritz; France to Rome; Italy over 4 weeks for charity totalling over 1500km’s travelled

  2. I lived in Taiwan for the first 3 years of my life and could count to 10 in Mandarin before I could in English
